体旅融合发展视域下旅游管理模式创新研究

摘　　要：体旅融合发展作为一种新业态的发展形式,是我国体育产业和旅游产业转型升级的重要成果之一。文章主要以文献资料法与逻辑分析法为研究方法,对现阶段我国对体旅融合发展构建出的体育旅游活动管理模式进行研究。研究发现体旅融合发展视域下旅游管理模式存在以下几方面问题:宏观层面上的体旅融合发展的立法针对性有待提高、中观层面上的体旅融合发展的管理制度存在漏洞与微观层面上的体旅融合发展的个体规范意识较弱。文章提出的解决对策有完善立法管理,优化政策制度、构建管理体系,提升管理能力与加强引导宣传,规范参与行为。As a development form of the new industry,the integrated development of sports and tourism is one of the important results of the transformation and upgrading of China's sports industry and tourism industry.This paper mainly takes the literature method and logical analysis method as the research methods,and it makes an research on the sports tourism management mode of the present stage of China's sports tourism fusion development.The study has found that the tourism management mode under the perspective of integrated development of sports and tourism exists some problems.The legislative pertinence of integrated development of sports and tourism needs to be improved at the macro level.The loopholes of the management system of integrated development of sports and tourism exist at the meso level,and the individual normative consciousness of integrated development of sports and tourism at the micro level is relatively weak.The paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems,such as improving the legislative management,optimizing the policy system,building a management system,improving the management capacity,strengthening the guidance and publicity,and standardizing the participation behavior.
