摘  要:本文探讨了配煤掺烧对锅炉安全稳定运行的影响。以某2×600 MW超临界机组为研究对象,分析了2023年至今锅炉熄火事件的主要原因,包括存在的垮灰、垮焦及入炉煤质差等问题。针对这些问题,提出了优化配煤掺烧管理、建立煤质指标保障及特殊工况时投油稳燃等一系列措施。基于这些措施,掺烧合格率从85%提高至94%,锅炉燃烧工况和机组安全稳定得到显著的改善,电量损失也相应减少。通过分磨燃煤混配,实现了对劣质煤种的有效消纳,降低了燃料成本。本文为发电企业提供了一种有效的配煤掺烧和运维管理方法,提高了锅炉运行的安全性和稳定性,对其他燃煤机组具有较高的参考价值。The influence of coal blended combustion on the secure and stable operation of boiler is discussed.Taking a 2×600 MW supercritical unit as the research object,the main causes of boiler flameout events from 2023 to the present are analysed,including ash collapse,coke collapse and poor coal quality in the furnace.In order to solve these problems,a series of measures are proposed,such as optimising the management of coal blending,establishing coal quality index guarantee,and stabilising oil injection under special working conditions.Based on these measures,the qualification rate of blending has been increased from 85%to 94%,which has significantly improved the combustion conditions of the boiler and the security and stability of the unit,and reduced the power loss.By implementing coal blending through pulverized coal blending,the effective utilization of inferior coal types is realized,and the fuel cost is reduced.It provides an effective coal blending and operation and maintenance management method for power generation enterprises,improves the security and stability of boiler operation,and has high reference value for other coal-fired units.
