摘　　要：随着工业40的到来,我国电子浆料制造行业正积极投身于车间数字化与智能化的深刻变革之中。本文针对国内电子浆料制造企业在降低成本、提升效率及确保产品质量方面的核心诉求,提出并设计了一套基于MQTT协议的生产设备物联网系统,并详细阐述了该系统的整体方案、软硬件设计及具体的实现方式。该系统已成功部署于国内某知名企业的电子浆料生产车间,其运行稳定可靠,备受客户的好评。With the advent of Industry 4.0,the electronic paste manufacturing industry in China is actively embracing the profound transformation towards digitization and intelligence in workshops.To address the core demands of domestic electronic paste manufacturers in cost reduction,efficiency improvement,and product quality assurance,an loT system for production equipment based on the MQTT protocol has been proposed and designed.This paper provides a detailed explanation the overall architecture of the system,software and hardware design,as well as the specific implementation methods.The system has been successfully deployed in an electronic paste production workshop of a renowned domestic enterprise,demonstrating stable and reliable operation,and earning high praise.
