双线盾构隧道侧穿既有桥梁桩基沉降变形特征研究

摘  要:双线盾构隧道侧穿既有桥墩时隧道开挖间距和方式对桥梁桩基沉降变形影响较大。本研究采用有限元分析方法建立三维数值模型,计算了不同先行开挖方式和隧道开挖间距下桥梁桩基的沉降变形。结果表明,远线先行开挖桥梁桩基沉降变形更严重,近线先行开挖桥梁承台倾斜更严重;近线隧道与桥桩间距4 m时,双线隧道间距增大,桥梁承台产生拉伸形变,桩基的弯曲变形程度与隧道间距呈负相关;相比隧道间距为3D(D为隧道直径)时桥梁桩基沉降变形最小。结合数值模拟结果和理论分析,引入双线隧道效应系数m修正了侧穿桥墩桩基沉降的计算公式,结果表明,侧穿桩基沉降双线隧道效应影响程度随着隧道间距的增大而不断弱化。The tunnel excavation spacing and method have a significant impact on the settlement deformation of bridge piles when the double-line shield tunnel is constructed near existing bridge piers.In this study,a three-dimensional numerical model was established using the finite element method to calculate the settlement deformation of the bridge piles under different excavation methods and tunnel excavation spacings.The results show that the settlement deformation of the bridge piles is more severe when the far line is excavated first,and inclination of the bridge bearing platform is more serious when the near line is excavated first.When the distance between the near line tunnel and the bridge pile is m,the deformation of the bridge bearing platform is tensile,and the degree of bending deformation of the pile foundation is negatively correlated with the tunnel spacing.To the tunnel spacing of 3D(D is the tunnel diameter),the settlement deformation of the bridge piles is the smallest.Combining the numerical simulation results theoretical analysis,a double-line tunnel effect coefficient m was introduced to modify the calculation formula for the settlement of the bridge pier piles,and the results show that the of the double tunnel effect on the settlement of the pier piles weakens as the tunnel spacing increases.
