摘 要:由于场地、地质等因素的差异,使得地铁深基坑开挖过程中存在着许多复杂的问题,因此深基坑的稳定性显得尤为重要。研究拟以青岛地铁2号线佛耳崖站为对象,采用三维数值计算方法,对深基坑开挖及支护过程中地表及周边土体、邻近建筑物的变形进行有限元数值模拟,开展桩基+内部支撑系统(钻孔桩、钢支撑、混凝土支撑)受力与变形规律研究。结果表明:基坑开挖过程中,地表最大沉降量、基坑竖向位移、基坑水平位移分别为4.45 mm、20.34 mm、8.13 mm;桩体竖向位移和水平位移分别为7.59 mm、7.41 mm;支撑轴力、桩轴力与剪力最大值分别为1 385.82 kN、615.04 kN、221.25 kN,其可满足相关规范的设计要求。Due to the differences in site,geology and other factors,there are many complex problems in the excavation process of subway deep foundation pit.Therefore,the stability of deep foundation pit is particularly important.This project intends to take the Foerya station of Qingdao metro line 2 as the research object,and use the three-dimensional numerical calculation method to simulate the deformation of the surface and surrounding soil and adjacent buildings during the excavation and support of deep foundation pit.The stress and deformation law of pile foundation+internal support system(bored pile,steel support,concrete support)are studied.The results show that during the excavation of the foundation pit,the maximum surface settlement,the vertical displacement of the foundation pit,and the horizontal displacement of the foundation pit are 4.45 mm,20.34 mm,and 8.13 mm,respectively.The vertical displacement and horizontal displacement of the pile are 7.59 mm and 7.41 mm respectively.The maximum values of support axial force,pile axial force and shear force are 1385.82 kN,615.04 kN and 221.25 kN respectively,which meet the design requirements of relevant specifications.
