摘 要:以济南某装配式住房项目为背景,采用现场施工过程分析与有限元模拟相结合的方式,对采用后灌浆施工工艺的楼层进行可行性研究,校核其剪力墙在短暂工况下的承载能力,构建装配式结构作业流程以及后灌浆施工工艺穿插的总体控制计划。在保证结构安全的前提下,将作为关键线路的灌浆工艺流程改变为非关键线路工艺流程,从而达到节约工期,减少低温干扰,扩大施工空间及提升装配式建筑建造效率的目的。Taking a prefabricated housing project in Ji'nan as the background,a feasibility study was conducted on the floors using post grouting construction technology by combining on-site construction process analysis and finite element simulation.The bearing capacity of the shear walls under short-term working conditions was verified,and an overall control plan was constructed for the operation process of the prefabricated structure and the interweaving of post grouting construction technology.On the premise of ensuring structural safety,the grouting process,which is a critical path,will be changed to a non critical path process,in order to save construction time,reduce low-temperature interference,expand construction space,and improve the efficiency of prefabricated building construction.
