摘  要:建筑室内温度是评价供热效果的重要指标。由于非单户居住建筑内各热用户室内温度存在较大差异,无法直接评价供热效果。以寒冷地区某小区的一栋居住建筑为例,利用TRNSYS软件模拟热用户室内温度,并与实际室内温度进行对比验证。采用K–Means聚类算法对模拟室内温度结果进行分析,确定室内温度监测设备数量及位置,并依据典型热用户温度监测设备所占全部热用户的权重得出建筑室内综合温度,并针对实际工程对监测设备实际数量及评价效果进行研究。结果表明:建立的TRNSYS仿真模型的模拟温度与实测温度最大误差为5.2%。当放置1个温度监测设备时,RMSE值为1.22℃;放置2个温度监测设备时,RMSE值为0.43℃;放置3个温度监测设备时,RMSE值为0.38℃。经综合考量,建筑内放置2个温度监测设备相对合理。The indoor temperature of a building is an important indicator to evaluate the heating effect.In order to more directly and accurately evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the heating effect,the indoor temperature of the heat user was simulated by TRNSYS software and compared with the actual indoor temperature by taking a residential building in a residential area in a cold area as an example.The K-Means clustering algorithm was used to analyze the simulated indoor temperature results,determine the number and location of indoor temperature monitoring equipment,and obtain the comprehensive indoor temperature of the building according to the weight of all heat users accounted for by the typical heat user temperature monitoring equipment.And according to the actual project,the actual quantity of monitoring equipment and the evaluation effect are studied.The results show that the maximum error between the simulated temperature and the measured temperature of the established TRNSYS simulation model is 5.2%.The RMSE value is 1.22°C when one temperature monitoring device is placed,0.43°C when two temperature monitoring devices are placed,and 0.38°C when three temperature monitoring devices are placed.After comprehensive consideration,it is relatively reasonable to place two temperature monitoring devices in the building.
