摘  要:在拟利用场地局部较浅风化岩层作基础持力层时,通过对比预应力管桩、钻孔灌注桩、复合地基等传统形式的优缺点,最终确定了静压管桩与静压植桩相结合的方案。静压植桩技术先利用旋挖桩机引孔至岩面或入岩一定深度,然后浇筑强度为C30水下细石混凝土,最后用静压桩机将管桩穿过自制垂直度控制装置,并压至设计压力值。通过在实际工程中的应用,验证了该技术的可行性、可靠性,其桩身垂直度、完整性、单桩竖向承载力均得到了良好控制;该技术与传统静压工艺的结合,降低了工程造价,缩短了施工工期,还减少了锤击植桩产生的噪声。When planning to use locally shallow weathered rock layers as the foundation bearing layer,the combination of static pressure pipe piles and static pressure planting piles was determined by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional forms such as prestressed pipe piles,drilled pile foundations,and composite foundations.The static pressure pile planting technology first uses a rotary pile driver to drill holes to the rock surface or to a certain depth into the rock,then pours C30 underwater fine aggregate concrete,and finally uses a static pressure pile driver to pass the pipe pile through a self-made verticality control device and press it to the design pressure value.The application in practical engineering has verified the feasibility and reliability of this technology,and its verticality,integrity,and single pile vertical bearing capacity are all well controlled;The combination of this technology with traditional static pressure technology reduces project costs,shortens construction periods,and also reduces the noise generated by similar techniques-hammering and planting piles.
