高大厂房网架内大口径风管高效施工技术

摘  要:为降低钢网架结构工业厂房大口径风管高空作业风险,减小风管施工作业周期,降低施工难度,通过运用柔性橡塑风管替代金属风管,避免风管运行时产生机械共振,降低钢结构构件承载力,减轻风管运行时产生和传递噪声。施工时采用“悬吊+挂钩+滑杆”实现钢网架柔性橡塑风管快速施工,无需占用大片场地进行风管支撑架制作加工,无需采用大型机械进行高空作业,降低钢结构负荷和长期使用导致风管支撑架生锈的风险,减少后期维护成本,在确保实现施工进度和施工质量的同时,实现降本增效。In order to reduce the risk of high-altitude operation of large-diameter air ducts in steel grid structure industrial plants,shorten the construction period and difficulty of air ducts,flexible rubber air ducts are used instead of metal air ducts to avoid mechanical resonance during air duct operation,reduce the bearing capacity of steel structural components,and alleviate the generation and transmission of noise during air duct operation.During construction,''suspension+hooks+sliding rod''are used to achieve rapid construction of flexible rubber ducts for steel grid structures,without occupying large areas for the production and processing of duct support frames or using large machinery for high-altitude operations.This reduces the risk of rusting of duct support frames caused by steel structure loads and long-term use,reduces maintenance costs in the later stage,ensures construction progress and quality,and achieves cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
