摘　　要：通过对标学习国际BIM标准ISO 19650–1.2应用及管理的优势,完善了BIM标准体系。并基于ISO 19650–1认证获得了公司级BSI风筝标志,成为获得BSI认证的施工企业;同时,将国家科技传播中心项目作为一个基于ISO 19650–2全阶段、全专业、全过程应用的试点项目,顺利通过BSI严格审核,成为亚太区域荣获该项目级BIM Kitemark风筝标志认证的企业。企业及项目双认证对推进BIM全生命期贯通应用发挥重要的指导作用,为企业数字化转型、智能建造奠定了基础。This paper learns the advantages of the application and management of the international BIM standard ISO 19650-1.2 by benchmarking,and improves our company BIM standard system.Based on ISO 19650-1 certification,it has obtained the company-level BSI Kitemark,becoming the first construction company in China to obtain BSI certification;At the same time,the company took the National Science and Technology Communication Center project as the company's first pilot project based on ISO 19650-2 full-stage,full-discipline and full-process application,and successfully passed the strict audit of BSI,becoming the first enterprise in the Asia-Pacific region to obtain the project-level BIM Kitemark certification.The dual certification of enterprises and projects plays an important guiding role in promoting the application of BIM throughout the life cycle,laying the foundation for the digital transformation and intelligent construction of enterprises.
