摘  要:以“发酵工程”课程为例,探讨了工程教育专业认证背景下课程思政融入教学全过程的举措。以课程目标对专业认证毕业要求观测点和思政能力培养的支撑为出发点,探讨了课程思政融入课程教学内容和全过程考核的方法和成效,分析了课程思政内容对培养学生的科学思维、创新意识、工匠精神、报国情怀等的重要作用。通过问卷调查了解学生对课程思政融入教学的意见和建议,并通过持续改进改善教学效果,支撑人才培养目标。Taking the fermentation engineering course as an example,this paper discussed the approaches of integrating the curriculum ideology and politics into the whole teaching process under the background of engineering education accreditation.Based on the support of the course objectives to the observation point of graduation requirement and the acquirement of ideological and political ability,this paper discussed the methods and results of integrating the curriculum ideology and politics into the teaching contents and the whole process assessments of the course,and analyzed the important role of the ideological and political content of the course in cultivating students’scientific thinking,innovative consciousness,craftsman spirit and feelings of serving the country.A questionnaire survey was used to collect suggestions and opinions from students on the integration of ideological and political contents into the course,which could support further improvement of the teaching effect through continuous reform and support the goal of talent cultivation.
