摘　　要：目的 研究功能性鼻内镜手术九步法标准化治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年12月收治的62例慢性鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(31例,常规手术治疗)和观察组(31例,功能性鼻内镜手术九步法标准化治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为96.77%,高于对照组的77.42%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的视觉模拟量表(VAS)、Lund-Mackay及Lund-Kennedy评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的生理健康、精神状态、心理健康及社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为6.45%,低于对照组的25.81%(P<0.05)。结论 功能性鼻内镜手术九步法标准化治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床效果显著,能改善临床症状,降低炎症反应,提高生活质量,并降低并发症发生风险。Objective To study the clinical effect of nine-step standardized functional endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods A total of 62 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(31 cases,routine surgical treatment)and observation group(31 cases,nine-step standardized functional endoscopic sinus surgery treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than 77.42%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Lund-Mackay and Lund-Kennedy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical health,mental state,mental health and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.45%,which was lower than 25.81%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nine-step standardized functional endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis has significant clinical effect.It can improve clinical symptoms,relieve inflammatory response,elevate quality of life,and reduce the risk of complications.
