摘  要:目的 探讨全血放置不同时间进行滤白、离心与分离对血液成分质量的影响。方法 采用随机抽样法选取2021年7月至9月120袋400 mL的全血作为研究对象,采集后冷藏储存。当天滤白、离心,次日分离为A模式;当天滤白,次日离心、分离为B模式;次日滤白、离心分离为C模式,每种制备模式各为40袋。同时分别留取三种模式滤前全血标本1份作为对照组。比较三种制备模式下的滤白时间、过滤损失量、溶血报废情况、去白悬浮红细胞储存期前、期末溶血率以及去白悬浮红细胞全年抽检质量;比较对照组及三种制备模式下的血浆游离血红蛋白(Hb)水平。结果 C模式的滤白时间长于A、B模式,过滤损失量多于A、B模式,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C模式的血浆游离Hb水平高于对照组与A模式,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C模式的血浆溶血报废率高于A、B模式(P<0.05);A模式的一次成浆率高于B、C模式(P<0.05)。去白悬浮红细胞储存期末溶血率:C模式>B模式>A模式,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 A模式在全血的滤白、分离制备过程中各项指标最好,B、C模式相对于A模式各项指标虽略逊色,但均符合现行国家的标准,科室可根据工作需要适当调整血液制备的工作流程。Objective To investigate the effect of leukocyte filtration,centrifugation and separation of whole blood placed for different time on the quality of blood components.Methods A random sampling method was used to select 120 bags of 400 mL whole blood from July to September 2021 as the research objects.After collection,the whole blood was refrigerated and stored.Leukocyte filtration and centrifugation on the day and separation on the next day was A mode;leukocyte filtration on the day,and centrifugation and separation on the next day was B mode;leukocyte filtration,centrifugation and separation on the next day was C mode,each preparation mode was 40 bags.At the same time,one whole blood sample before filtration of the three models was taken as control group.The leukocyte filtration time,filtration loss,hemolysis scrapping,hemolysis rate of white suspended red blood cells before and at the end of the storage period and the annual sampling quality of the white suspended red blood cells were compared under the three preparation modes;the plasma free hemoglobin(Hb)level in the control group and the three preparation modes were compared.Results The leukocyte filtration time of C mode was longer than that of A and B modes,the filtration loss was more than that of A and B modes,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The plasma free Hb level of the C mode was higher than that of the control group and the A mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The plasma hemolysis scrap rate of C mode was higher than that of A and B modes(P<0.05);the one-time pulping rate of A mode was higher than that of B and C modes(P<0.05).The hemolysis rate of white suspended red blood cells at the end of storage period:C mode>B mode>A mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion A mode has the best indicators in the leukocyte filtration,separation and preparation process of whole blood.Although the indicators of B and C modes are slightly inferior to those of A mode,they are all i
