半夏白术天麻汤加味联合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足所致眩晕症的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨半夏白术天麻汤加味联合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)所致眩晕症的效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年12月我院收治的84例VBI所致眩晕症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加半夏白术天麻汤加味联合醒脑开窍针刺法。比较两组的临床效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的主症、次症积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的左侧椎动脉(LVA)、右侧椎动脉(RVA)及基底动脉(BA)平均血流速度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 半夏白术天麻汤加味联合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗VBI所致眩晕症能够有效提升患者的治疗效果,降低中医证候积分,改善动脉血流速度,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on vertigo caused by vertebro-basilar insufficiency(VBI).Methods A total of 84 patients with vertigo caused by VBI admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 78.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean blood flow velocity of left vertebral artery(LVA),right vertebral artery(RVA)and basilar artery(BA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of vertigo caused by VBI can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients,reduce TCM syndrome score,elevate arterial blood flow velocity,and have high safety.
