火龙罐结合中医穴位按摩对中风后肩手综合征患者上肢功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨火龙罐结合中医穴位按摩对中风后肩手综合征患者上肢功能及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年1月西安中医脑病医院收治的80例中风后肩手综合征患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规康复护理)和观察组(常规康复护理基础上应用火龙罐结合中医穴位按摩),各40例。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,观察组的感觉、自主神经及运动评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,患手肿胀值小于对照组,Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评定量表(FMA-UE)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的Barthel指数(BI)、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 火龙罐结合中医穴位按摩可改善中风后肩手综合征患者的临床症状,减轻疼痛、肿胀程度,恢复上肢功能,提高生活质量和满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of fire dragon jar combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage on upper limb function and quality of life in patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke admitted in Xi'an TCM Hospital of Encephalopathy from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(routine rehabilitation nursing)and observation group(fire dragon jar combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage on the basis of routine rehabilitation nursing)by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the sensory,autonomic and motor scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the swelling value of the affected hand was smaller than that of the control group,and the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Upper Extremity Scale(FMA-UE)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Barthel Index(BI)and Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fire dragon jar combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,reduce pain and swelling,restore upper limb function,improve quality of life and satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion.
