苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散治疗慢性咳嗽(寒饮蕴肺证)的效果及对气道重塑指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散治疗慢性咳嗽(寒饮蕴肺证)的效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月收治的110例慢性咳嗽(寒饮蕴肺证)患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的咳嗽、神疲乏力及胸闷气促评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、人类软骨糖蛋白-39(YKL-40)及结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散治疗慢性咳嗽(寒饮蕴肺证)能提高治疗效果,促进患者病情改善,也能调节气道重塑指标及炎症指标,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction combined with Zhisou powder in the treatment of chronic cough(cold fluid accumulation lung syndrome).Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic cough(cold fluid accumulation lung syndrome)admitted from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction combined with Zhisou powder.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,fatigue and chest tightness and shortness of breath in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of matrix metallopeptidase-9(MMP-9),human cartilage glycoprotein-39(YKL-40)and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-5(IL-5)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction combined with Zhisou powder in the treatment of chronic cough(cold fluid accumulation lung syndrome)can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the improvement of the patients'condition,and also regulate the airway remodeling indexes and inflammation indexes,which is worthy of promotion.
