摘  要:目的 分析基于沟通达标理论的护理干预结合多形式健康教育在神经源性膀胱患者间歇导尿中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年5月至2023年1月在我院神经外科住院的70例行间歇导尿治疗的神经源性膀胱患者作为研究对象,采用抛硬币法将其分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受基于沟通达标理论的护理干预结合多形式健康教育。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,两组的最大膀胱容量(MBC)均增加,充盈期逼尿肌压力(Pdet.max)、残余尿量(RU)均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的国际下尿路功能症状(LUTS)评分均降低,健康教育知识掌握评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的恐惧心理、自尊心、接受程度评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于沟通达标理论的护理干预结合多形式健康教育在神经源性膀胱患者间歇导尿中的应用效果较好,可提高患者的健康教育知识掌握程度,改善尿动力学指标及膀胱功能,提高治疗接受度。Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing intervention based on communication standard theory combined with multi-form health education in intermittent catheterization of patients with neurogenic bladder.Methods A total of 70 patients with neurogenic bladder who underwent intermittent catheterization in our hospital from May 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by coin tossing method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on communication standard theory combined with multi-form health education.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the maximum bladder capacity(MBC)of the two groups increased,the pressur of detrusor maximum(Pdet.max)and residual urine(RU)decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms(LUTS)score of the two groups decreased,and the score of health education knowledge mastery increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of fear,self-esteem and acceptance in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on communication standard theory combined with multi-form health education has a good application effect in intermittent catheterization of patients with neurogenic bladder,which can improve the mastery of health education knowledge,improve urodynamic indexes and bladder function,and elevate treatment acceptance.
