摘　　要：21世纪以来,全球科技创新进入密集活跃期,新一代数字技术正在引领着新一轮科技革命,全球加速进入数字经济时代,数字化转型成为产业变革的主旋律。以美国、德国为代表的发达国家,率先投入资源、颁布政策,把数字化技术应用到制造业发展中。我国在2015年首次提出《中国制造2025》,各级政府均颁布了支持制造业数字化转型的政策,制造业数字化转型成为不同领域、不同层级政府语义体系的“最大公约数”。传统制造业数字化转型升级,不仅可以使企业更加科学、高效地运营,还能有效促进地方产业转型升级,推动区域经济高质量发展。然而各地数字化基础不一、信息人才资源不足等问题,阻碍着制造业数字化的发展。文章旨在探讨制造业数字化转型升级促进区域经济发展中的多维度影响,根据走访调研情况,分析数字化转型如何促进产业升级、提升生产效率、优化资源配置,最后提出相关建议。Since the 21st century,global technological innovation has entered a period of intensive activity,and the new generation of digital technology is leading a new round of technological revolution.The world is accelerating into the era of digital economy,and digital transformation has become the main theme of industrial transformation.Developed countries represented by the United States and Germany have taken the lead in investing resources and issuing policies to apply digital technology to the development of manufacturing.China first proposed“Made in China 2025”in 2015,and governments at all levels have issued policies to support the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.Digital transformation has become the“greatest common divisor”of semantic systems in different fields and levels of government.The digital transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry not only enables enterprises to operate more scientifically and efficiently,but also effectively promotes the transformation and upgrading of local industries,and promotes the high-quality development of regional economy.However,a series of problems such as inconsistent digital foundations and insufficient information talent resources in various regions hinder the development of digitalization in the manufacturing industry.This article aims to explore the multidimensional impact of digital transformation and upgrading in the manufacturing industry on promoting regional economic development.Based on field research,it analyzes how digital transformation promotes industrial upgrading,improves production efficiency,optimizes resource allocation,and proposes relevant suggestions.
