摘　　要：农业技术转移在推动农业现代化进程中起着关键作用,它能有效提高农业生产效率和质量。市场机制与政策引导在这一过程中至关重要。文章基于对相关理论的深入探讨和实际数据的详细分析,全面揭示江苏省农业技术转移的现状。目前,江苏省在农业技术转移方面取得了一定成果,但也存在一些问题,如技术推广渠道不畅,农民对新技术接受度不高等。市场机制通过价格、竞争等方式促进技术供需匹配,政策引导则为技术转移提供有力支持。两者协同发挥作用,将更好地推动江苏省农业技术转移,加快农业现代化步伐。Agricultural technology transfer plays a key role in promoting the process of agricultural modernization,which can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of agricultural production.Market mechanisms and policy guidance are crucial in this process.Based on the in-depth discussion of relevant theories and detailed analysis of actual data,this study fully reveals the current situation of agricultural technology transfer in Jiangsu province.At present,Jiangsu province has made some achievements in the transfer of agricultural technology,but there are also some problems,such as the channel of technology promotion is not smooth,and farmers’acceptance of new technology is not high.Market mechanism promotes the matching of technology supply and demand through price,competition and other ways,and policy guidance provides strong support for technology transfer.The synergistic function of the two will better promote the transfer of agricultural technology in Jiangsu province and accelerate the pace of agricultural modernization.
