摘　　要：[目的/意义]在创新驱动发展战略背景下,知识产权信息服务工作越来越重要。为用户提供各类知识产权信息的收集、检索、分析、管理、运用等服务,是知识产权信息服务中心的意义所在。[方法/过程]以H大学某重点实验室为案例,从服务接触视角,以管理接触、资源接触、人员接触3个维度,介绍知识产权信息服务中心为其提供嵌入式、精准化服务内容、过程及策略。[结果/结论]开展知识产权信息服务应结合学校特色,联系实际,提供精细化服务。[Purpose/Significance]Under the background of innovation driven development strategy,intellectual property information services are becoming increasingly important.The significance of the intellectual property information service center lies in providing users with various services such as collection,retrieval,analysis,management,and application of intellectual property information.[Method/Process]The paper took the intellectual property information services for a key laboratory in H University as an example.It introduced the embedding and precise service content,process,and strategy of services from the perspective of service encounter,three dimensions of resource encounter,personnel encounter and management encounter.[Result/Conclusion]For carrying out intellectual property information services,university libraries can combine the characteristics of the school,connect with reality,and provide refined services.
