摘　　要：为适应金融市场新格局和数字经济时代对金融工程专业人才的需求,金融工程专业的人才培养成了教育体系中的一个关键环节。文章分析了当前邮电类大学金融工程专业人才培养中面临的问题,从培养目标、课程体系、课程内容、实验教学、校企合作,师资队伍建设这6个方面构建金融工程人才培养体系,提出一套培养体系实施效果评估的可行方法,为邮电类大学金融工程人才培养体系的改革提供了借鉴和参考。To adapt to the new pattern of the financial market and the demand for financial engineering professionals in the era of digital economy,the talent cultivation of financial engineering major has become a key part of the education system.This paper analyzes the current problems faced by the financial engineering major in posts and telecommunications universities,and constructs a talent cultivation system for financial engineering from six aspects:training objectives,curriculum system,curriculum content,experimental teaching,school-enterprise cooperation,and faculty team building.It also proposes a feasible method for evaluating the implementation effect of the training system,providing reference for the reform of the talent cultivation system of financial engineering in posts and telecommunications universities.
