摘  要:地方高校学科建设事关高校核心竞争力提升和区域经济社会发展。然而,当前地方高校学科发展普遍存在内生动力不足,具体表现为面临体制机制障碍、资源配置短缺、评价导向片面、学术文化环境淡薄等困局。解决上述四重困局,亟需从优化体制机制、强化资源保障、改革评价导向、营造文化环境等方面差异化施策,以促进地方高校不断提升学科建设水平和核心竞争力。The discipline construction of local universities is related to the enhancement of their core competitiveness and the development of regional economy and society.However,there is a general lack of endogenous motivation in the development of disciplines in local universities,which is manifested in the face of institutional barriers,shortage of resource allocation,one-sided evaluation orientation,and weak academic and cultural environment.In response to the four dilemmas mentioned above,it is urgent to adopt differentiated measures from optimizing institutional mechanisms,strengthening resource guarantees,reforming evaluation orientation,and creating a cultural environment,in order to promote local universities to continuously improve their discipline construction level and core competitiveness.
