摘  要:高层次人才作为医院发展的中坚力量,对推进医院高质量发展具有重要意义。近年来,笔者所在的医院将SWOT分析法应用于高层次人的引进管理工作中,文章通过梳理内外部竞争条件下的优势和劣势、机会和威胁,整合多种影响因素进行系统分析并得出结论,提出相应对策。从多角度优化完善引进策略,取得了高层次人才引进量质齐升的明显成效。医院人才队伍进一步优化,临床业务水平、医院服务质量、科学研究能力及教育教学水平同步增强,加快了内涵建设步伐,推动了医院高质量发展进程。As the backbone of hospital development,high-level talents are of great significance to promote the high-quality development of hospitals.In recent years,the hospital where the author works has applied SWOT analysis to the introduction and management of high-level personnel,sorted out the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats under internal and external competition conditions,integrated various influencing factors for systematic analysis,drew conclusions,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.The introduction strategy has been optimized and perfected from multiple angles,and the obvious effect of simultaneous improvement of quantity and quality has been achieved.The talent team of the hospital was further optimized,and the level of clinical business,hospital service quality,scientific research ability and education and teaching level were enhanced simultaneously,which accelerated the pace of connotation construction and promoted the process of high-quality development of the hospital.
