摘 要:目的:分析生化汤的古代文献,考证其方名源流、药物组成、使用剂量、炮制方法、煎服方法及主治病证。方法:检索《中华医典》、广西中医药大学读秀数据库、古籍数字化服务平台等,以“生化汤”为关键词进行检索,同时检索生化汤的异名、别名等,所收录的文献通过查阅古籍原文进行审校。结果:本研究共收集到含生化汤的古籍文献52部。生化汤首载于《胎产医案》,经《傅青主女科》发展而为世人所知晓。经考证,古籍中该方的药物基原清晰,当归为伞形科植物当归Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diel.的干燥根,川芎为伞形科植物川芎Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.的干燥根茎,甘草为豆科植物甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.的干燥根和根茎,干姜为姜科植物姜Zingiber officinale Rosc.的干燥根茎,桃仁为蔷薇科植物山桃Prunus davidiana(Carr.)Franch.的干燥成熟种子。其中当归、川芎建议生用,其余三味药建议选用炙甘草、炮姜、燀桃仁。结合现代用药实际,建议用药剂量为当归29.84 g,川芎14.92 g,干姜1.87 g,甘草1.87 g,桃仁2.61 g。具体煎服法建议:每剂加水600 mL,煎至420 mL,再加酒60 mL,温服,视病情急缓,调整服药频次。生化汤的主治病证为产后疾病,如儿枕痛、胞衣不下、产后血晕、产后发热、产后类中风等。结论:本研究通过对生化汤的文献研究和关键信息梳理,为生化汤的深入研究和开发提供更充分的依据。Objective:To conduct an ancient literature analysis of Engendering and Transforming Decoction,verify the origin of its name,drug composition,dosage,processing methods,decoction and administration methods,as well as the main diseases it treats.Methods:Chinese Medical Canon,the Duxiu Database of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine,the Ancient Books Digitalization Service Platform,etc.,using"Shenghua"as the keyword,were searched.At the same time,the alternative names and aliases of Engendering and Transforming Decoction were also searched.The collected literature was reviewed and verified by consulting the original ancient books.Results:A total of 52 ancient medical texts containing Engendering and Transforming Decoction were collected in this study.Engendering and Transforming Decoction originated from the medical practitioners of Zhejiang Province and was first recorded in Medical Cases of Childbirth,then became widely known after being developed in Fu Qingzhu′s Obstetrics and Gynecology Through verification,the original sources of the ingredients in this formula in ancient texts are clear.Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)is the dried root of the plant Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diel.from the Apiaceae family;Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong)dried rhizome of the plant Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.from the Apiaceae family;Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)is the dried rhizome of the plant Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.from the Fabaceae family;Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis)is the dried rhizome of the plant Zingiber officinale Rosc.from the Zingiberaceae family;Taoren(Semen Persicae)is the dried mature seed of the plant Prunus davidiana(Carr.)Franch.from the Rosaceae family.Among them,Danggui and Chuanxiong are recommended to be used raw,while the other three ingredients are recommended to be processed as honey-fried Gancao,processed Ganjiang,and stir-fried Taoren.Considering the actual modern usage,the recommended dosage for each serving is 29.84 g of Danggui,14.92 g of Chuanxiong,1.87 g of Ganjiang,1.87 g of Gancao,and 2.61 g of T
