培元固本方联合盐酸安罗替尼胶囊治疗原发性肝癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察培元固本方联合盐酸安罗替尼胶囊治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法:将89例原发性肝癌患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组43例和观察组46例。对照组给予盐酸安罗替尼胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予培元固本方。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后免疫功能指标[血免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cell, NK)]、肝功能[外周血清白蛋白(albumin, ALB)、碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatas, ALP)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartateaminotransferase, AST)]、肿瘤标记物[甲胎蛋白(alpha-fetoprotein, AFP)、细胞角蛋白19(cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1,CYRFA21-1)、肝癌高表达基因10(paternally expressed gene 10,PEG10)]水平变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后外周血免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、NK细胞水平高于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后ALB高于本组治疗前,ALP、AST低于本组治疗前,且治疗后组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后外周AFP、CYRFA21-1、PEG10低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为54.35%,高于对照组的39.53%(P<0.05)。结论:培元固本方联合盐酸安罗替尼胶囊治疗原发性肝癌,能够提高患者免疫功能,改善肝功能,降低肿瘤标记物水平。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Formula for Banking Up Original Qi and Strengthening the Fundamental combined with Anlotinib Hydrochloride Capsules on primary liver cancer.Methods:A total of 89 patients with primary liver cancer were randomly divided into the control group with 43 cases and the observation group with 46 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Anlotinib Hydrochloride Capsules,while the observation group was treated with Formula for Banking Up Original Qi and Strengthening the Fundamental on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy and changes in immune function indicators[blood immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G,and natural killer cells(NK)],liver function[peripheral serum albumin(ALB),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)],and tumor markers[alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1(CYRFA21-1),and paternally expressed gene 10(PEG10)]levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The results showed that after treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and NK cells in the peripheral blood of both groups were higher than those before treatment in the same group,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of ALB in each group was higher than that before treatment in the same group,while the levels of ALP and AST were lower than those before treatment in the same group,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);the levels of AFP,CYRFA21-1 and PEG10 in the peripheral blood of both groups were lower than those before treatment in the same group,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 54.35%,which was higher than that of the control group(39.53%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Formula for Banking Up Original Qi and Strengthening the Fundamental comb
