苓桂术甘汤治疗眩晕研究进展

摘　　要：中医认为,眩晕多与痰饮相关,痰饮是人体水液代谢失常的病理产物,治疗遵循“病痰饮者,当以温药和之”的原则。苓桂术甘汤具有温阳化气、利湿行水的功效,主治痰饮、痹证、水肿等疾病,也广泛运用于眩晕的治疗。关于苓桂术甘汤治疗眩晕的研究较多,但仍存在以下问题:关于苓桂术甘汤的禁忌证及不良反应未明确说明;缺乏大样本、多中心对不同证型眩晕的试验研究;关于苓桂术甘汤具体成分的调控机制尚未完全阐明。今后,还需建立统一规范化的中医药用药标准及临床疗效评价体系,继续开展多中心、大样本的不同证型眩晕临床或动物试验研究,进一步完善苓桂术甘汤活性成分提取及分析,明确其对眩晕具体的作用机制。According to TCM,vertigo is often associated with phlegm retention,a pathological byproduct of abnormal water metabolism.Treatment adheres to the principle of"For illnesses of phlegm retention,using warm drugs to harmonize."Poria and Cinnamon Twig and Atractylodes Macrocephala and Licorice Decoction has the functions of warming yang,transforming qi,draining dampness,and promoting water metabolism.It is primarily used for conditions related to phlegm retention,arthralgia,and edema,and has been widely applied in treating vertigo.However,existing research on Poria and Cinnamon Twig and Atractylodes Macrocephala and Licorice Decoction in vertigo treatment faces several challenges:its contraindications and adverse reactions are not explicitly clarified;large-scale,multicenter clinical trials for different TCM syndromes of vertigo are lacking;and the specific multi-component regulatory mechanisms remain insufficiently elucidated.Therefore,future efforts should focus on establishing standardized TCM medication guidelines and clinical efficacy evaluation systems.Additionally,further multicenter and large-sample studies for different syndromes of vertigo,along with research into the active component extraction and analysis of Poria and Cinnamon Twig and Atractylodes Macrocephala and Licorice Decoction,are essential to clarify its specific mechanisms of action on vertigo.
