摘  要:[目的]探究苯并三氮唑(BTA)分别与3种非离子型表面活性剂──NP-10(壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-10)、Tween-80(吐温-80)、AEO-9(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9)复配使用时对铜的缓蚀性能。[方法]通过浸泡腐蚀试验、硝酸点滴试验、中性盐雾试验及电化学测试来评估不同非离子型表面活性剂与BTA复配后对铜的缓蚀效果。[结果]当BTA与非离子型表面活性剂复配使用时,铜的平均腐蚀速率均显著降低。[结论]100 mg/L NP-10与5 g/L BTA复配时对紫铜的缓蚀效果最佳,缓蚀率达86.73%。[Objective]The corrosion inhibition performance of benzotriazole(BTA)in combination with different nonionic surfactants,i.e.NP-10(nonylphenol ethoxylate-10),Tween-80(polysorbate-80),and AEO-9(fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether-9),on copper needs to be studied.[Method]The corrosion inhibition effectiveness of different nonionic surfactants combined with BTA on copper were evaluated by immersion corrosion test,nitric acid dropping corrosion test,neutral salt spray test,and electrochemical measurement.[Result]The average corrosion rate of copper was significantly reduced when BTA was combined with a nonionic surfactant.[Conclusion]The combination of 5 g/L BTA and 100 mg/L NP-10 showed the best corrosion inhibition effectiveness with a corrosion inhibition efficiency of 86.73%.
