摘　　要：[目的]水性丙烯酸乳液涂层在力学性能、耐久性和附着力方面有待提高。[方法]将改性后的硅氧烷基丙烯酸乳液与氧化石墨烯等功能性填料进行混合,制备出一种具有高力学性能、高耐久性和良好附着力的常温固化型硅烷复合丙烯酸涂料。选用镀锌钢板作为基材,对涂料进行施工,并对其性能进行了测试。[结果]添加氧化石墨烯后,丙烯酸涂料的附着力达到0级,铅笔硬度达到6H,并且在耐水性、耐碱性、耐盐雾性等方面均有显著提升。[结论]该涂料满足了接地引下线与接地体之间腐蚀防护的技术要求。[Objective]The mechanical properties,durability,and adhesion of waterborne acrylic emulsion paint need to be improved.[Method]A room-temperature-curable silane-acrylic composite paint with high mechanical properties,high durability,and good adhesion was prepared from the modified siloxane-containing acrylic emulsion with functional fillers such as graphene oxide.The properties of the paint were tested by spraying it on galvanized steel sheet.[Result]The acrylic coating containing graphene oxide had a 0-grade adhesion and a pencil hardness of 6H,and showed significant improvements in resistance to water,alkali,and salt spray corrosion.[Conclusion]The paint meets the technical requirements for corrosion protection between grounding down conductor and grounding electrode.
