摘  要:[目的]无铬锌铝涂层的耐腐蚀性能亟需提升。[方法]通过向涂料中添加纳米颗粒的方式在Q235钢表面制备了5种不同聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)含量的锌铝涂层,采用扫描电子显微镜、铅笔硬度计、漆膜划格器、盐雾试验箱和电化学工作站研究了PTFE含量对锌铝涂层形貌、硬度、附着力及耐腐蚀性能的影响。[结果]向锌铝涂料中加入PTFE纳米颗粒可以填补涂层的孔隙,提高涂层的致密性和耐蚀性。添加质量分数为1%~7%的PTFE后,涂层表面平整致密,无漏点、麻点等缺陷,所有涂层的附着力均为1级。当涂层中PTFE的含量为3%~7%时,涂层的铅笔硬度达到7H,720 h中性盐雾试验后表面无红锈。[结论]含5%PTFE的涂层表现出最佳的耐腐蚀性能。[Objective]The corrosion resistance of chromium-free zinc-aluminum coatings needs to be improved.[Method]Five kinds of zinc-aluminum coatings with different contents of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)were prepared on the surface of Q235 steel.The effect of PTFE content on the morphology,hardness,adhesion,and corrosion resistance of zinc-aluminum coating was studied by using scanning electron microscope(SEM),pencil hardness tester,film cross-cut tester,salt spray testing chamber,and electrochemical workstation.[Result]The addition of PTFE nanoparticles to the zinc-aluminum paint could fill the pores of zinc-aluminum coating,improving its compactness and corrosion resistance.The zinc-aluminum coatings with 1%to 7%(mass fraction)of PTFE featured a smooth and compact surface without any defects such as leaks and pits.Meanwhile,the adhesion of the coatings all reached the Grade 1.When the content of PTFE ranged from 3%to 7%,the zinc-aluminum coating had a pencil hardness of 7H,and could endure 720 hours of neutral salt spray(NSS)test without the formation of red rust.[Conclusion]The zinc-aluminum coating containing 5%of PTFE showed the optimal corrosion resistance.
