摘 要:[目的]研究一种简便的碳纳米管(CNTs)分散性检测方法,以定量分析分散液中CNTs的浓度。[方法]先对CNTs进行改性以提高其分散性。然后采用紫外可见分光光度计检测CNTs分散液的吸光度,建立了分散液CNTs浓度与其吸光度的关系曲线。[结果]采用紫外可见分光光度法能够定量分析分散液的CNTs浓度。CNTs的稳定分散性受溶液中的离子种类和离子浓度的影响,添加适宜的表面活性剂有利于改善CNTs的分散稳定性。[结论]本研究建立的CNTs浓度−吸光度标准曲线能够快速测定分散液的CNTs浓度,可用于评估CNTs在复杂溶液环境中的分散性,但限于CNTs浓度低于0.2 g/L的分散液。[Objective]A simple method for testing the dispersibility of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)needs to be studied to quantitatively analyze the concentration of CNTs in dispersion.[Method]CNTs were modified to enhance their dispersibility.The absorbance of CNT dispersion was measured by using ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)spectrophotometer to establish a curve representing the relationship between CNTs concentration in dispersion and its absorbance.[Result]The CNTs concentration in dispersion could be quantitatively analyzed by UV-Vis spectrophotometry.The dispersion stability of CNTs was influenced by the type and concentration of ions in the solution,and could be improved by adding some appropriate surfactants.[Conclusion]The standard curve of CNTs concentration vs.absorbance of dispersion established in this study can rapidly determine the CNTs concentration in dispersion and can be used to assess the dispersibility of CNTs in complex solution environments,but is limited to the dispersions with a mass concentration of CNTs below 0.2 g/L.
