摘 要:[目的]电镀废水中通常含有重金属Cu^(2+),应处理达标后方可排放。吸附法作为一种环境友好的废水处理方法被广泛使用。[方法]采用稀硫酸对4A沸石进行改性得到沸石A,将其用于吸附法去除电镀废水的Cu^(2+)。研究了初始pH、沸石A投加量、Cu^(2+)初始质量浓度和温度对Cu^(2+)吸附效果的影响。通过分析吸附等温模型、动力学和热力学,结合微观形貌和成分表征,研究了沸石A对Cu^(2+)的吸附机理。[结果]在初始pH为5、沸石投加量为0.5 g/L、Cu^(2+)初始质量浓度为50 mg/L、温度为(25±2)℃的条件下,沸石A对Cu^(2+)的去除率高达99.9%,吸附量为100.1 mg/g。沸石A对Cu^(2+)的吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,主要以单分子层吸附为主,理论吸附量可达168.6 mg/g。准二级动力学模型可以很好地描述沸石A对Cu^(2+)的吸附过程。热力学分析表明沸石A对Cu^(2+)的吸附过程为放热反应,并且自发进行。沸石A对Cu^(2+)的吸附机理主要涉及离子交换和配位作用。[结论]本研究为重金属电镀废水处理领域高效吸附材料的开发提供了新的思路和方向。[Objective]Electroplating wastewater usually contains Cu^(2+),a heavy metal which should be treated to meet the standards before discharge.Adsorption is widely used as an environmentally friendly wastewater treatment method.[Method]Zeolite A was obtained by modifying 4A zeolite with diluted sulfuric acid and applied to the removal of Cu^(2+)from electroplating wastewater by adsorption.The effects of initial pH,dosage of zeolite A,initial mass concentration of Cu^(2+),and temperature on the adsorption effectiveness of Cu^(2+)were studied.The adsorption mechanism of zeolite A for Cu^(2+)was studied by analyzing the adsorption isothermal modeling,kinetics and thermodynamics,as well as micromorphology and composition characterization.[Result]Under the conditions of initial pH 5,zeolite dosage 0.5 g/L,initial mass concentration of Cu^(2+)50 mg/L,and temperature(25±2)℃,the removal rate of Cu^(2+)by zeolite A was up to 99.9%with an adsorption capacity of 100.1 mg/g.The adsorption process conformed to the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model,indicating that the adsorption of Cu^(2+)on zeolite A was mainly dominated by monolayer adsorption,and the theoretical maximum adsorption capacity could reach 168.6 mg/g.The adsorption process could be described well with pseudo-second order kinetic model.Thermodynamic analysis results showed that the adsorption process of Cu^(2+)by zeolite A was exothermic and spontaneous.The adsorption mechanism of Cu^(2+)by zeolite A mainly involved ion exchange and coordination.[Conclusion]This study provides new ideas and directions for the development of efficient adsorption materials in the field of heavy metal electroplating wastewater treatment.
