《哥达纲领批判》中的分配正义思想与新时代共同富裕的关系

摘　　要：共同富裕是中国式现代化的重要特征和发展目标,本质上是对马克思分配正义思想的继承与发展。在《哥达纲领批判》中,通过对资本主义剥削实质的批判和对未来共产主义社会的理论构想,马克思围绕分配基础、基本原则、实现方式和价值目标四个方面对分配正义思想进行构建,体现了马克思分配正义思想与新时代共同富裕之间的内在联系。一方面,分配正义思想是实现新时代共同富裕的行动指南;另一方面,新时代共同富裕是分配正义思想发展的实践成果,二者相辅相成,共同促进人的自由全面发展的价值目标的实现。在社会主义现代化建设的进程中,要借鉴马克思在《哥达纲领批判》中的分配正义思想,推动高质量发展,创造新时代共同富裕物质财富;坚持循序渐进原则,分阶段实现新时代共同富裕;完善社会分配制度,用制度保障新时代共同富裕;坚持以人民为中心,彰显新时代共同富裕的价值。Common prosperity is an important feature and development goal of Chinese path to modernization,which is essentially the inheritance and development of Marx's thought of distributive justice.In the Critique of the Gotha Program,Marx constructed the idea of distributive justice around four aspects:the foundation of distribution,basic principles,implementation methods,and value goals,by criticizing the essence of capitalist exploitation and the theoretical conception of future communist society.This reflects the inherent connection between Marx's distributive justice thought and the new era of common prosperity.On the one hand,distributive justice thought is the action guide to achieve common prosperity in the new era,and on the other hand,common prosperity in the new era is the practical result of the development of distributive justice thought.The two complement each other and jointly promote the realization of the value goal of free and comprehensive development of human beings.To solidly promote common prosperity in the new era,we should draw on Marx's distributive justice thought in the Critique of the Gotha Program,promote high-quality development,and create material wealth for common prosperity in the new era;Adhere to the principle of gradual progress and achieve common prosperity in the new era in stages;Improve the social distribution system and use it to ensure common prosperity in the new era;Adhere to putting the people at the center and demonstrate the value of common prosperity in the new era.
