摘　　要：习近平总书记立足于党和国家事业发展全局,在深刻把握国内外城市发展新形势的基础之上,吸收借鉴了马克思主义城市化思想,承袭赓续了中国共产党推进城市化建设的百年历史经验,主动回应了新时代城市建设发展难题,形成了关于城市建设的重要论述。习近平总书记从价值之维、生态之维、协调之维的系统观念出发,对建设什么样的城市、为谁建设城市、怎样建设城市等核心问题进行了深入阐释,明确了城市建设的价值观和方法论,体现了中国共产党对城市建设规律的认识达到了新的历史高度,是当前和今后一个时期城市建设的重要指导。General Secretary Xi Jinping,based on the overall development of the Party and the country,and on the basis of a profound understanding of the new situation of urban development at home and abroad,absorbed and borrowed from the urbanization ideas of Marxist classical writers,inherited and continued the century-old historical experience of the CPC in promoting urbanization construction,actively responded to the problems of urban construction and development in the new era,and formed important expositions on urban construction.General Secretary Xi Jinping,from the systematic perspective of value,ecology and coordination,has made a profound interpretation of the core issues of what kind of city to build,for whom to build the city and how to build the city.He has clarified the values and methodology of urban construction,which reflects the new historical height of the CPC's understanding of the laws of urban construction.It is a task map and route book for urban construction in the present and future.
