摘 要:随着经济高质量发展的迫切需求,绿色建筑受到了社会各界的广泛关注。然而,绿色建筑系统的内在脆弱性严重威胁着项目的安全实施,是当前亟待解决的问题。研究从管理机构、业主方与开发商3个主要利益相关者层面识别绿色建筑项目脆弱性的影响因素,运用DEMATEL-ISM模型,分析影响因素之间的层级关系和交互作用机理。结果表明,17个绿色建筑项目脆弱性影响因素可被划分为四级三阶多级梯阶传导结构;项目资金储备不足是其根本影响因素,绿色建筑工期质量和成本控制是最为关键的中间影响因素,对项目的不合理干涉是最重要的直接影响因素。In the context of the pressing need for high-quality economic development,green building projects have garnered considerable attention from diverse societal stakeholders.However,the inherent vulnerability of green building systems seriously threatens the safety of project implementation,which is an important issue that needs to be addressed urgently.This paper identifies the factors influencing the vulnerability of green building projects from the perspectives of three key stakeholder groups:government departments,owners and developers.It employs the DEMATEL-ISM model to examine the hierarchical relationships and interaction mechanisms among these factors.The findings indicate that the 17 green building project vulnerability factors can be categorized into a four-level,three-level and multi-level hierarchical transmission structure.The lack of project financial reserves is identified as the fundamental factor,while the quality of green building schedule and cost control are the most critical intermediate factors.Additionally,the government's unreasonable interference in the project stands out as the most prominent direct factor.Based on these findings,the paper concludes with pertinent recommendations aimed at mitigating the vulnerability of green building projects.
