摘　　要：研究运用三阶段DEA模型,对山东省2012年—2021年文化产业投入产出效率进行测算与评价,发现受规模效率的制约,山东省文化产业整体综合技术效率不高;环境因素与随机误差会对文化产业投入产出效率产生显著影响。在研究的时间跨度内,除2021年外其他年份均处于规模报酬递增阶段,表明文化产业的综合技术效率不高的主要原因是投入规模不足,提升规模效率是提高文化产业效率的关键。This paper applies a three-stage DEA model to measure and assess the input-output efficiency of the cultural industry in Shandong Province over the period from 2012 to 2021.The findings reveal that the overall comprehensive technical efficiency of the cultural industry in Shandong Province is relatively low,predominantly influenced by scale efficiency.Additionally,environmental factors and random errors have notable impacts on the input-output efficiency of the cultural industry.Except for 2021,all other years exhibited an increasing return to scale phase.The primary reason for the low comprehensive technical efficiency of the cultural industry is inadequate input scale.Thus,enhancing scale efficiency is pivotal for improving the efficiency of the cultural industry.
