应用型本科实训教学质量监控体系构建的困境与突破

摘  要:实训教学作为应用型本科质量提升的重要环节,是推动应用型本科发展的核心,实训教学的质量及成效决定了应用型本科质量的高低。以四川工业科技学院为例,从应用型本科实训教学的教学模式、考核与激励角度等方面入手,立足新时代对应用型本科的要求,应用主成分分析法对应用型本科实训教学体系的主要影响因素进行分析与评价,提出构建应用型本科实训教学质量监控体系的对策建议,以解决应用型本科实训教学质量监控体系平台搭建不完善、运行体制机制不健全、主体责任不明确、考核与激励政策缺失等问题,为推动应用型本科高质量发展献策。As an important link to improve the quality of applied undergraduate course,practical teaching is the core to promote the development of applied undergraduate courses.Taking Sichuan Institute of Industry and technology as an example,this paper begins with the teaching model,assessment and motivation of practical teaching of applied undergraduate courses,sets up the requirements of applied undergraduate courses in the new era,analyzes and evaluates the main influencing factors of practical teaching system of applied undergraduate courses by using principal component analysis,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the quality monitoring system of practical teaching,in order to solve the problems such as the imperfect construction of the monitoring system platform,the imperfect operation mechanism,the unclear responsibility of the main body,the lack of examination and incentive policy,etc.,and promote the development of application-oriented universities.
