摘 要:新时代特色商科专业人才培养要求对新时代特色商科专业进行建设与优化调整。实现新时代特色商科专业群建设,校企合作育人是基础,促进学生能力提高是核心目标,产教融合则是主线,以“内培外引”为手段,以信息化技术为保障,打造适应数字经济时代新商业发展的商科育人新形态。新时代特色商科人才培养需要对商科专业做出优化调整,优化调整为新时代特色商科专业,实现商科教育与创新创业相融合。商科高校应通过加强顶层设计、整合教学资源等方式探索高水平新时代商科专业群建设路径,并落实到具体实践中。The requirements for talents of characteristic business disciplines in the new era include the construction and optimization adjustment of characteristic business disciplines.To achieve the construction of characteristic business majors in the new era,school-enterprise cooperation in education is the foundation;Promoting the improvement of students’abilities is the core goal;The integration of industry and education is the main line.This paper takes“internal training and external guidance”as the method and information technology as a guarantee to create a new form of business education that adapts to the new commercial development in the digital economy era.The cultivation of characteristic business talents in the new era requires optimization and adjustment of business majors,to achieve the integration of business education and innovation and entrepreneurship.Business universities should explore the path of constructing high-level business majors in the new era by strengthening toplevel design and integrating teaching resources,and implement it in specific practice.
