摘  要:高校二级学院学生日常教育管理是高校学生教育管理的第一线,工科学生科技创新能力的培养是提高学生综合素质的重要途径。在日常教育管理中构建有效的学生科技创新能力培养体系,是对学生第一课堂的有力补充。通过分析目前工科二级学院学生日常教育管理下本科生科技创新能力培养的现实状况和存在的问题,从培训体系、培养方式、管理模式三个方面进行实践,并通过实践构建了适合工科二级学院本科生的科技创新能力培养体系,助力本科生培养质量提升。The daily education management of secondary college students in universities is the front line of student education management,and the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation ability of engineering students is an important way to improve their comprehensive quality.Building an effective system for cultivating students’technological innovation abilities in daily education management is a powerful supplement to the first classroom for students.The following analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the cultivation of undergraduate scientific and technological innovation ability under the daily education management of students in second level engineering colleges.It practices from three aspects:training system,training methods,and management mode,and constructs a suitable undergraduate scientific and technological innovation ability cultivation system for second level engineering colleges through practice,helping to improve the quality of undergraduate training.
