摘　　要：科研是提高医疗质量的核心之一,科研能力的培养是医学研究生教育的重点。民族医学硕士专业学位研究生不仅要精通基础医学知识与临床操作技能,还应具备科研素养,只有这样才能满足不断发展的民族医学需要。而在住院医师规范化培训和医学专业学位硕士研究生并轨培养模式下,民族医学专业学位研究生科研能力的培养易被忽视。通过对民族医学硕士专业学位研究生科研能力现状进行分析,并对如何提升其科研能力进行探讨,以期能够提高民族医学硕士专业学位研究生的培养质量。Scientific research is one of the core aspects of improving medical quality,and the cultivation of research abilities is the fundamental task of medical graduate education.The training goal of graduate students majoring in ethnic medicine is not only to master conventional medical knowledge and clinical skills,but also to require new era compound medical talents with research capabilities to meet the constantly developing needs of ethnic medicine.In the“dual track integrated”training mode,while graduate students majoring in ethnic medicine learn clinical knowledge and skills,the cultivation of scientific research ability is easily overlooked.This article analyzes the current situation of research ability of master degree students in ethnic medicine and explores how to improve their research ability,in order to promote the quality of training for master degree students in ethnic medicine.
