摘 要:介绍了热成形产品质量研究的目的和意义,阐述了热成形产品的质量评价方法、试验设备选择、检测方式、质量试验及流程控制和试验结果分析。同时,通过正交试验分析得到最佳的工艺参数组合,再通过热成形产品实际生产制作和质量检测,最终得到了外观质量、尺寸精度和强度性能满足产品设计要求的热成形产品,为热成形产品全生命周期的产品设计、工艺设计、回弹补偿、仿真分析、模具设计、工装开发、设备规划、实践生产和质量控制提供了强有力的理论设计依据和实践制作参考。The purpose and significance of quality research on hot forming products were introduced,and the methods of quality evaluation,selection of test equipment,testing methods,quality test and control process,and analysis of test results for hot forming products were elaborated in detail.At the same time,the best process parameters combination was obtained by the analysis of orthogonal test.Then,through the actual production and quality testing of hot forming products,the hot forming products with appearance quality,size accuracy and strength performance meeting the requirements of the product design were finally obtained.Furthermore,the research on the quality of hot forming products provides a strong theoretical design basis and practical production reference for the product design,process design,springback compensation,simulation analysis,die design,tooling development,equipment planning,practical production and quality control.
