中间退火工艺对6016铝合金板材组织及性能的影响

摘  要:通过OM、SEM、TEM、XRD等分析测试手段,对不同中间退火工艺下6016铝合金板材的显微组织、织构及力学性能进行了系统研究。结果表明,随着中间退火时间的延长及退火温度的升高,中间退火后及成品态6016铝合金板材的晶粒尺寸增大,基体中的AlFeSi相变化不大,Mg2Si相发生一定程度的长大粗化,且基体中的位错得到消散。中间退火处理后的6016铝合金板材的基体内既存在轧制织构又存在再结晶织构,但不同退火工艺下板材基体内的织构占比不同;成品态6016铝合金板材以Cube、CubeND等再结晶织构分布为主,再结晶织构的增加有利于降低合金的各向异性。不同中间退火工艺下6016铝合金板材的抗拉强度、屈服强度及伸长率相差不大,中间退火温度对板材成形性的影响较大。The microstructure,texture and mechanical properties of 6016 aluminum alloy sheets with different intermediate annealing processes were systematically studied by OM,SEM,TEM,XRD analysis and testing methods.The results show that with the extension of intermediate annealing time and the increase of annealing temperature,the grain size of 6016 aluminum alloy sheet in the intermediate annealing and finished states increases,AlFeSi phase in the matrix is not significant,while Mg2Si phases grow and coarsen to a certain extent,and the dislocations in the matrix are dissipated.The rolling texture and recrystallization texture are existence in 6016 aluminum alloy sheet after intermediate annealing treatment,but the proportion of texture in the substrate of sheet varies under different annealing processes.The finished sheet is mainly distributed with recrystallization textures such as Cube and CubeND,and the increase of recrystallization texture is beneficial for reducing the anisotropy of the alloy.The tensile strength,yield strength,and elongation are not significantly different under different intermediate annealing processes,and the formability of sheet is significantly affected by the intermediate annealing temperature.
