摘  要:当前,大多数数字油田建设中数据采集均采用工业控制模式。随着信息化技术的发展,工控模式层级多、设备多、承载数据量低、数据传输慢等问题突显。针对以上问题,该文次研究设计了一种基于MQTT协议的新型采油井物联网采集终端,以达到生产数据高效采集、降低运维管理难度的目的。采集终端包括硬件和嵌入式软件两个部分,其中硬件设计主要包括数据采集、通信、联网、存储、供电及调试等模块;软件设计主要在嵌入式实时多线程操作系统的基础上进行二次开发,通过周期计算、电参和压力采集、远程启停及参数配置等线程来实现数据自动采集、耗电量统计、油井远程启停和变频控制等功能。同时,在操作系统中添加OTA组件,可实现采集终端系统的远程升级。At present,most digital oil field construction data acquisition adopts industrial control mode.With the development of information technology,the problems of multi-level industrial control mode,multi-equipment,low data load and slow data transmission are prominent.To solve the above problems,this study designed a new type of Internet of Things acquisition terminal for oil wells based on MQTT protocol,in order to achieve efficient collection of production data and reduce the difficulty of operationand maintenance management.The acquisition terminal includes two parts:hardware and embedded software.The hardware design mainly includes data acquisition,communication,networking,storage,power supply and debugging modules.The software design is mainly developed on the basis of embedded real-time multi-threaded operating system,and realizes the functions of data automatic collection,power consumption statistics,remote start and stop of oil well and frequency conversion control through the threads of cycle calculation,electrical parameters and pressure acquisition,remote start and stop and parameter configuration.At the same time,adding OTA components to the operating system can realize the remote upgrade of the acquisition terminal system.
