摘　　要：为实现电站开关设备的智能化、网络化和无人化管理,基于无线传感器网络(WSNs)技术,构建起电站智能开关设备测控系统,系统以ZigBee技术为基础,以CC3200MCU为核心,可实现对设备电压(电流)采集、温度采集、状态采集以及分/合闸控制等功能。系统采用MDS-MAP定位算法,该算法相比其他定位算法,具有更高的定位精度,针对电站智能开关设备,算法的最佳设置参数为:节点数量设置为100个,通讯半径设置为60 m,锚节点占比设置为40%,区域大小设置为100×100。系统可顺利实现电流/电压采集、温度采集、分闸/合闸、继电器控制、无线传输等功能,温度和电流采集平均误差均小于0.1%,温度采集平均误差均控制在±0.5℃范围内。为进一步提升系统的监测精度,在系统中植入了温度修正程序,对不同温度区间对采集到的温度值进行校正。In order to achieve intelligent,networked,and unmanned management of power plant switchgear,a power plant intelligent switchgear measurement and control system is constructed based on wireless sensor networks(WSNs)technology.The system is based on ZigBee technology and centered on CC3200MCU.It can achieve functions such as voltage(current)acquisition,temperature acquisition,status acquisition,and opening/closing control of equipment.The system adopts the MDS-MAP positioning algorithm,which has higher positioning accuracy compared to other positioning algorithms.For intelligent switching equipment in power plants,the optimal setting parameters for the algorithm are:the number of nodes is set to 100,the communication radius is set to 60 m,the proportion of anchor nodes is set to 40%,and the area size is set to 100×100.The system can smoothly achieve functions such as current/voltage acquisition,temperature acquisition,opening/closing,relay control,wireless transmission,etc.The average error of temperature and current acquisition is less than 0.1%,and the average error of temperature acquisition is controlled within the range of±0.5℃.To further improve the monitoring accuracy of the system,a temperature correction program has been implanted in the system to correct the collected temperature values for different temperature ranges.
