摘　　要：目的探讨3H理念护理干预在活髓切断术患儿中的运用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月医院口腔科收治的行活髓切断术治疗的患儿180例为研究对象,按照组间基本资料具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组90例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行3H理念护理干预,包括家庭式温馨服务、宾馆式礼仪服务、医院式个性护理服务。干预前后,通过儿童医疗恐惧调查量表(CMFS)评价两组患儿心理恐惧程度,以自制依从性量表评价两组患儿治疗依从性,以自制护理满意度问卷评价两组患儿家长对护理工作的满意程度。结果观察组患儿干预后CMFS各个维度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿干预后治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长的护理满意程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3H理念护理干预可减轻活髓切断术患儿的恐惧心理,提升患儿的治疗依从性,从而使患儿能够积极配合治疗工作,也与舒适医疗的理念相符,避免患儿在接受治疗时出现严重的担忧、害怕情绪,提高家长护理满意程度,有利于构建和谐的医患关系,对于医院的可持续发展有着重要的支撑作用,因此可作为活髓切断术患儿在接受治疗过程中的有效护理干预方式。Objective To explore the effect of 3H concept nursing intervention on children undergoing pulpotomy.Methods A total of 180 children who underwent pulpotomy treatment in the department of stomatology at the hostipal from January to December 2023 were selected as research subjects.According to the principle of comparability of basic data between the groups,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received 3H concept nursing intervention,including family-style warm services,hotel-style etiquette services,and hospital-style personalized nursing services.Before and after the intervention,the Child Medical Fear Scale(CMFS)was used to assess the psychological fear of children in both groups,the self-developed compliance scale was used to evaluate treatment compliance,and the self-developed nursing satisfaction questionnaire was used to assess the parents'satisfaction with the nursing in both groups.Results After intervention,the each dimension scores of CMFS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The parents'nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3H concept nursing intervention can reduce the fear of children undergoing pulpotomy and improve their treatment compliance,enabling them to actively cooperate with the treatment.It is also consistent with the concept of comfort care,helping to prevent severe worries and fears in children during treatment,enhancing parents'satisfaction with the care,and contributing to the development of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.It plays an important role in supporting the hospital's sustainable d
