摘  要:采用高塔造粒工艺的复合肥,喷洒造粒前混合料浆中钾含量的快速准确监测,是产品质量的最后一道把关口。本文通过对钾含量检测方法的探讨及参数的优化,在保证分析数据准确度的前提下,大大缩短分析时长,满足了分析快速准确的需求。The rapid and accurate monitoring of potassium content in the mixed slurry before spraying and granulation of compound fertilizer using high tower granulation process is the last key to product quality.Under the current experimental conditions,the determination and analysis of potassium content takes a long time,the steps are cumbersome,and the reagents are toxic,which are common problems faced by the compound fertilizer detection industry.This article explores the detection method of potassium content and optimizes the parameters,greatly reducing the analysis time while ensuring the accuracy of data analysis,and meeting the demand for fast and accurate analysis.
