摘  要:2021年郑州720特大暴雨事件将郑州推到了风口浪尖,同时也为给排水设计人员敲响了警钟务必加强对城市低洼地区排水设计的重视。城市低洼地区以立交下凹桥区为首要代表,具有地势相对低洼、易形成盆地、纵坡相对较大、雨水很快就汇集到凹曲线最低点处的特点。轻则造成人员车辆财产损失,重则造成人员伤亡。The 2021 Zhengzhou 720 heavy rainstorm event pushed Zhengzhou into the spotlight,and also sounded an alarm for water supply and drainage designers to pay more attention to the design of low-lying areas in cities.Low-lying areas,with underpass road as the primary representative,have the characteristics of relatively low terrain,easy to form basins,relatively large longitudinal slopes,and rainwater quickly accumulating at the lowest point of the concave curve.It can cause loss of life and property for people and vehicles,or even deaths.
