摘  要:为了深入探究污水管道中氧气气液传质过程及其对溶解氧(DO)分布的影响规律,本文通过介绍实验装置与模拟条件、CFD模型的构建、氧气气液传质及扩散过程的模拟、污水管道DO分布规律的解析,以及模拟结果的验证等内容,系统分析了污水管道内溶解氧的动态变化机制。研究结果表明,管道内溶解氧含量沿流动方向逐渐降低,且受流速、停留时间等因素影响显著,形成了从半圆台形向半圆锥形转变的DO分布特征。本文提出的模拟方法有效揭示了污水管道中氧气传质与DO分布的复杂关系,为优化污水处理工艺提供了理论依据。In order to deeply explore the process of oxygen gas-liquid mass transfer in sewage pipelines and its influence on the distribution of dissolved oxygen(DO),this paper systematically analyzes the dynamic change mechanism of dissolved oxygen in sewage pipelines by introducing experimental equipment and simulation conditions,constructing CFD models,simulating the process of oxygen gas-liquid mass transfer and diffusion,analyzing the distribution law of DO in sewage pipelines,and verifying the simulation results.The research results indicate that the dissolved oxygen content in the pipeline gradually decreases along the flow direction,and is significantly affected by factors such as flow velocity and residence time,forming a DO distribution characteristic that transitions from a semi-circular platform shape to a semi-circular cone shape.The simulation method proposed in this article effectively reveals the complex relationship between oxygen mass transfer and DO distribution in sewage pipelines,providing a theoretical basis for optimizing sewage treatment processes.
