鱼腹式UHPC桁架施工全过程模拟分析及监测研究

摘  要:基于某公共医院门诊大厅采光顶屋架结构,为研究其施工过程力学性能和位移变化,本文采用Abaqus有限元软件对某鱼腹式UHPC桁架采光顶施工方案进行施工工程模拟和监测。结果表明,施工过程桁架的变形最大值在跨中,大小为22.28 mm,拉应力的最大值、压应力最大值均出现在跨中,在预应力张拉阶段出现最大压应力,为-16.38 MPa,于二期荷载阶段出现最大拉应力,为2.7 MPa,最终变形为-16.966 mm,变形和应力值均满足规范要求。实测变形与理论计算值趋势吻合且接近,说明了本工程施工方案合理可行,结构安全。Based on the roof structure of a public hospital outpatient hall,in order to study its mechanical properties and displacement changes during construction,this paper uses Abaqus finite element software to simulate and monitor the construction scheme of a fish-belted UHPC roof.The results show that the maximum deformation of the truss in the construction process is in the middle span,the size is 22.28 mm,the maximum tensile stress and compressive stress are both in the middle span,the maximum compressive stress occurs in the prestressed tension stage,which is-16.38 MPa,the maximum tensile stress occurs in the second load stage,which is 2.7 MPa,and the final deformation is-16.966 mm.The deformation and stress values meet the specification requirements.The measured deformation is consistent and close to the trend of theoretical calculation,which shows that the construction scheme is reasonable and feasible,and the structure is safe.
