摘  要:为了提升钢木混合结构建筑的施工效率与精度,本文以示范区嘉善片区商业配套项目为例,系统介绍了基于BIM(建筑信息模型)的钢木混合节点参数化施工技术。内容涵盖项目概况、结构与技术特点,以及BIM辅助下的钢木混合节点建模、高强度胶合木制造中的机械应力分等技术、节点参数化设计、胶合木的智能化加工等关键环节。通过分析施工过程中的技术优化与应用效果,本文提出了BIM技术在钢木混合结构施工中的重要性及其实施策略。研究结果表明,该技术显著提高了施工效率与构件精度,为同类工程提供了有价值的参考与借鉴。In order to improve the construction efficiency and accuracy of steel wood hybrid structure buildings,this article takes the commercial supporting project in the Jiashan area of the demonstration zone as an example and systematically introduces the parametric construction technology of steel wood hybrid nodes based on BIM(Building Information Modeling).The content covers project overview,structural and technical characteristics,as well as key aspects such as BIM assisted steel wood hybrid node modeling,mechanical stress grading technology in high-strength glued laminated wood manufacturing,node parametric design,and intelligent processing of glued laminated wood.By analyzing the technical optimization and application effects during the construction process,this article proposes the importance and implementation strategies of BIM technology in the construction of steel wood hybrid structures.The research results indicate that this technology significantly improves construction efficiency and component accuracy,providing valuable reference and inspiration for similar projects.
