摘　　要：OBE教育理念以学生为中心,以学生成果为导向,反向设计,正向实施,持续改进教学过程,已成为一种新的教育范式。开展基于OBE理念的计算机网络技术专业人才培养改革研究,在人才培养方案中从知识、能力、素质三方面对培养目标进行细化,在此基础上优化课程体系,构建由职业通用能力模块、网络系统管理模块、网络应用开发模块以及岗位综合能力模块组成的模块化课程体系,并通过强化课程思政、推进多元评价等措施,培养德智体美劳全面发展的时代新人,为经济社会高质量发展提供高素质技术技能人才。The OBE education concept is student-centered,student-oriented,reverse designed,forward implemented,and continuously improving the teaching process,which has become a new educational paradigm.We have carried out research on the reform of the cultivation of computer network technology major based on the OBE concept.In the talent training program,we have refined the training objectives from three aspects of quality,knowledge and ability.On this basis,we have optimized the curriculum system,constructed a modular curriculum system composed of professional general ability module,network system management module,network application development module and job comprehensive ability module.We have also strengthened course ideological and political education,and promoted diversified evaluations to cultivate new talents with comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor,and provide high-quality technical and skilled talents for high-quality economic and social development.
